  • Leeching
  • Graphic images
  • Explicit language (minor slang cursing is aloowed, such as: "that was fucked up" or "shit, fuck that")
  • Offensive images
  • Racial/Religious/Sexual slurs
  • Non-factual political discussion
  • No advertising your site in your posts unless you are linking back to damnidunno™
  • Hacking games in the damnidunno™ Arcade
  • Trojans/Virii and the posting thereof
  • Hateful remarks about ideals and territories
  • Advertisement and selling of Bootlegs
  • No Linking to Sites that have illegal material Available for download.
  • Warez including but not limited to-
    • No-CD Cracks
    • Program cracks
    • CD-Keys/Serials
    • CD-Rips/Images
    • Non-promotional software downloads
• Use of the Gallery:
  • damnidunno™ is not a public storage site.
    • damnidunno™ moderators reserve the right to remove any photo that they feel is breaking the rules.
  • No watermarked images. We do not see the use of uploading them. We want to keep the gallery 100% watermark free.
  • No duplicate images. All duplicates will be removed and if you keep uploading duplicates you could be banned from the gallery.
  • Member Galleries are for members only, Upload non personal picturesl to the proper category. Only personal member pictures should be uploaded to the member galleries. Repeat offense of this will also ban you from creating a member gallery.
  • No Uploading photos to the damnidunno™ gallery just to use on other web sites. damnidunno™ is not a public storage site.
    • damnidunno™ moderators reserve the right to remove any photo that they feel is breaking the rules.
• Use of Top List:
• If you choose to submit your site to the damnidunno™ top list, you'll be required to place the given code on to your site. We'll check your site periodically to make sure the code is there and in a noticeable place. The top list only works when users follow the rules.
  
  
• Download System:
  • If you try to spam to reach the required minimum post to download files from the system, you may be banned from the download system and/or have your posting privileges removed. We do NOT tolerate cheaters here.
• Moderators reserve the right to raise users warning levels based on an infraction within a post or Private Message:

• When a user reaches 100% Warning Level, he/she will be banned automatically.

• Rules for signatures:
  • No more than 5 smilies in a signature
  • A signature must not exceed 540 pixels Width..
  • A signature must not contain ASCII Pictures.
  • You may not make derogatory remarks or insult other users in your signature.
  • You may not use offensive language in your signature.
  • You may not advertise in your signature unless you are linking to damnidunno™.
  • The damnidunno™ Staff reserve the right to edit the signatures of members where they see fit.
    
    
• Rules for User Name:
  • You make not use a URL as your member name.
  • You make not clone another members username.
  • You may not have damnidunno in your username..
  • You make not use annoying characters in your username. (ex: $%^#$%^)
  • The damnidunno™ Staff reserve the right to edit the username of members where they see fit. If your username has been edited, you will be notified by email automatically..

• Rules for Points (damnidunno™ MONEY):
  • Spamming to earn more points will result in being fined 10 points per post. 20 points per Topic.
