Disabling comments on main site

In order to create one place for all the comments on items posted, i have disabled comments from being posted on the main site.
The only reason i even had the comments enabled on the main site was because the forum was offline.
Now when you click the "leave comment" button, you’ll be redirected to the forum topic so you can leave a comment there.
This way all comments will be in one place, much easier to to leave them, and reply to others.
The wordpress comment system sucks anyways.
i hope to eventually have it set up so that you can post comments on the main site, the comments will automatically be added to the forum topic, but that is a long ways away.

A free forum membership is required to leave comments, but they are FREE and easy to create. Register here!

Forums Reopened

A week or so ago i reopened the forum, just didnt tell anyone about it, ha. I made the decision to upgrade the forum to the latest version of the script, which means almost none of the addons and fun things work right now, such as the Arcade. Hopefully those addons will be updated to work on the newer script, and we can have our arcade back.

The newer script though is much faster, better optimized, and has more features built into it itself. So thats worth it alone. I’m really happen to see the anti spam measures. So sick of deleting spam messages. ha

I’ve been working on the skin ALOT the past day or so, and i have it in working condition. Some parts may not work, or even not have the right colors, but i’ll fix those as they are discovered, and i’ll continue working on the skn itself as we go as well.

Still alive!

Yes, i am still alive. I know that i have rarely updated this site in the past year or so, i just don’t know what to do with it.

I did some major renovations a few months ago, and then just left it alone ever since. I really want the site to stay alive, but im always so busy anymore

I am thinking about converting the site into a forum only, which could work for a while. If i concentrated on the forum only, then major i’d be able to get it going again. i think the major thing that keeps the site dead is the entire thinga bout me not knowing what to do with it, so i just freeze and do nothing.

Also I have my personal site up that i’ve been working on. I post most of my major and personal things there now. You can check out my personal site at http://www.JoshX.com

Major updates! YAY!

Okay, after a long time of not doing diddly snipples to this site, i decided to do some work today. So all i’ve been doing for the past few hours was editing the site.

Decided to make the move to WordPress, and had to create a new layout and theme for it, which is what you see now. Ha, it isn’t much, but we’ll get there.

I’m actually pretty excited about allowing the main site to be powered by wordpress. It’ll make it so much easier for content to be posted, and to keep the site under control and active. I dunno, but it’s going to be much more fun!

So just keep checking out the site and seeing the new features that im adding, err.. or taking away, ha. I dunno what to do with the site, but i’ll continue randomly adding things and we’ll see when we end up.

Btw, post in the forum! gonna get that place going again! lol
